Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Fete, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of the App
Fete is a personal event budgeting and planning tool. You must be at least 13 years old to use Fete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Subscriptions
Fete Pro is available as a monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($34.99/year) subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the applicable subscription price.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you create in Fete. By posting comments or other content visible to other users, you grant Fete a license to display that content within the app. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
Budget Estimates
Budget estimates in Fete are for planning purposes only and are not guarantees of actual costs. Prices for flights, accommodation, and other expenses vary and change over time. Fete is not responsible for differences between estimates and actual costs.
AI-Generated Content
Insider tips and cost estimates generated by AI are based on training data and may not reflect current conditions. Always verify important information before making financial commitments.
Prohibited Use
You may not use Fete to: violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit harmful or offensive content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the app.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Fete is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Fete after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
